To celebrate Peru Independence Day (Sunday 28th July), chef and founder of Ceviche and Andina, Martin Morales, is throwing a weekend-long celebration of all things Peruvian!

Ceviche Soho | Guest Chef Ceviche Menu | 7pm to late
On Saturday 28th July, Ceviche Soho will host a special one-off Guest Chef Ceviche Menu, boasting ceviche dishes from the likes of Ravinder Bhogal (Jikoni), Edson Diaz-Fuentes (Santo Remedio), Mitch Tonks (The Seahorse, Rockfish) and Tom Hunt (Poco tapas bar).

Ceviche Old Street | Peruvian Independence Fiesta | 12pm-7pm
The party will then continue at Ceviche Old Street on Sunday 28th July with the annual Peruvian Independence Fiesta. Now into its fifth year, expect an all-day celebration of Latin spirit, coinciding with the launch of Ceviche’s new food and cocktail menus. As no real fiesta is complete without great music, live sets will continue throughout the day and will include Peruvian-Andes funk band Lokandes, as well as DJ sets by Kanti Qena and Ceviche’s own Martin Morales.
