Timeless martini bar and restaurant, Christopher’s, are joining forces with MasterChef alumni Billy and Jack for a stateside-inspired three date supper club this October.
In a five-course feast from 18th – 20th October, Billy and Jack team their passion for wholesome American dining with Christopher’s Francis Agyepong’s 20-year experience to take guests on a gastronomical journey into the heart of American soul food.
With champagne cocktail on arrival, diners will have the chance to sample signature dishes from the self-confessed food geeks including venison doughnuts; a perfected Chicken n’ Truffle Waffle served with spiced buttermilk bark and a truffle gravy; and a nostalgic finish of a Peanut Butter and Jelly Parfait paired with strawberry and pink peppercorn marshmallow.
Following on from their phenomenal success in Southbank, continue their own brand of pop-up supper club collaboration. On pairing with Christopher’s, Billy says, “using our combined skills in the kitchen with recipes from the heart of America has been a lot of fun and proves tasting menus don’t always have to be fussy or pretentious”.
Clearly focused on keeping ingredients fresh and serving the best in simple hearty American food, the Covent Garden supper club will be hosted in the 1930s, Art Deco-inspired surrounds of Christopher’s Club Room, available at £65 per head.
Bookings can be made through Christopher’s by calling: 020 7240 4222 or via email: reservations@christophersgrill.com
