Looking for a break from the usual Sunday Roast? Fusion kebab specialist, Maison Bab, has announced the launch of its Graze-en-Bab Sundays – a new Sunday lunch offering boasting unlimited pork shawarma carve (or aubergine Sabich for vegans and veggies) with bottomless cocktails.
Starting from Sunday 2nd February, diners at the Covent Garden restaurant will be able to enjoy two hours of endless shawarma and free-flowing cocktails.
Maison Bab’s signature Pork Shawarma is slow-cooked for 15 hours and then finished over hot charcoal to caramelise the meat and impart a smoky taste. The shawarma comes with the classic garnishes of pickled cucumbers and Chermoula Mayonnaise, along with unlimited flatbread. Cocktails on offer include Espresso Babtini (Jungle Super-Brew, 42 Below Vodka, Kahlua), Bacardi Cuatro Daiquiri (4-year-old Bacardi Anejo rum, with lime & demerara sugar syrup) and a Martini Blood Orange Spritz.
The new Graze-en Bab menu will be served every Sunday, priced at £20 per person (additional £20 for bottomless cocktails), and is available to book at: www.maisonbab.com/reservations.
